Bar Certified Specialist Lawyer for Industrial Property Law

Dr. Fabian Ropohl has been an attorney since 2005. He joined Heissner & Struck in 2007 and has been a partner at the firm since 2010. Since the end of 2010, he has been a Bar Certified Specialist Lawyer for Industrial Property Law. Fabian Ropohl‘s areas of practice are industrial property law (particularly trademark, brand and design law), competition law and copyright law as well as commercial law (with a focus distribution and logistics law as well as cross-border issues).

Education

Studies at the universities of Kiel, Lyon and Auckland. His practical legal training included positions with a special chamber for trademark and unfair competition issues at the District Court of Hamburg, at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and two law firms specializing in industrial property law. Fabian Ropohl obtained his LL.M. in Auckland with a specialization in business and intellectual property law.
