Thomas Heissner has been an attorney at law since 1977 and a Bar Certified Specialist Trade and Corporate Lawyer since 2008. After working together for many years at a Hamburg law firm, he and Dr. Dieter Struck founded Heissner & Struck in early 1991. Thomas Heissner specializes in Commercial and corporate law with a focus on the establishment, restructuring and reorganization of business enterprises, and the sale of business shares and businesses as well as mergers. Since 2022, Mr. Heissner has changed his active role and now works as Of Counsel for Heissner & Struck.

Education
Thomas Heissner studied at the universities of Cologne and Hamburg. He completed part of his practical legal training at the professional school for administrative sciences in Speyer (1975/76). From 1977 to 1979, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Legal Informatics at the University of Hannover.
