Competition and Advertising Law
With respect to competition law, we provide advice in the preparatory stages of projected advertising / marketing measures. We also prosecute competition violations (legal warning letters, preliminary injunction proceedings, principal proceedings) and defend against contentions of alleged competition law infringements.
