Dr. Dieter Struck
Dr. Dieter Struck was born in West-Bargum in 1952. He has been attorney since 1982 and is also Certified Labor Lawyer (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht).
Dr. Dieter Struck passed his first state examination in law in 1978 after his studies at the University of Hamburg. From 1979 to 1980 he worked as a research fellow at the Institute for Commercial, Corporate, and Maritime Law at the University of Hamburg. Dr. Dieter Struck established HEISSNER & STRUCK together with Thomas Heissner in 1991.
Dr. Dieter Struck's practice areas are labour law including management labor law and collective bargaining, commercial law as well as business and tax criminal law.
Since 1983 Dr. Dieter Struck has been chairman of the Public Legal Information and Composition Office (Öffentliche Rechtsauskunft- und Vergleichsstelle) in Hamburg, focusing on labor law, general civil law, and criminal law. He is member of the working group for labor law of the German Lawyers Association.
His doctoral thesis concerning the “legal validity of collective agreements in favor of shop-stewards” was published by Peter Lang in 1981. Since then Dr. Struck has published numerous legal articles for employers and employees on workplace disputes.
