Dr. Philipp Herrmann
Dr. Philipp Herrmann was born in Hamburg in 1968. He has been attorney since 1997 and is also Certified Tax Lawyer (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht). Dr. Philipp Herrmann has been a partner of HEISSNER & STRUCK since the beginning of 1999.
Dr. Philipp Herrmann passed his first state examination in law in 1994 after his studies at the University of Hamburg. His doctoral thesis "Güterfernverkehr im Binnenmarkt und Umweltschutz" ("Long Distance Transportation of Goods in the Common Market and Environmental Protection") was published in 2000 (publishing house: Nomos, public series "Forum Umweltrecht"). He is also a co-author of the handbook "Umweltrecht" ("Environmental Law", issued by H.-J. Koch, 3rd edition, Vahlen Verlag, 2010).
Dr. Philipp Herrmann focuses on the legal support on large commercial and industrial building projects and real estate transactions. Dr. Philipp Herrmann drafts and negotiates real estate transaction agreements, tenancy agreements and construction agreements. He also advises his clients in related areas such as corporate law, public planning and construction law and – due to his special expertise in - in tax law.
Dr. Philipp Herrmann is a member of the Hamburg Bar’s Committee for the Certification of Tax Lawyers (Fachausschuss Steuerrecht) and a member of the Hamburg Tax Consultants Association.
