Dr. Volker Voth
Dr. Volker Voth was born in Usingen (Hochtaunuskreis) in 1982. He passed his first state examination in law in 2007 after his studies at the University of Würzburg. In addition, he received his degree Europe lawyer, Univ. Würzburg.
Dr. Volker Voth completed his legal in-service training preceding his second state examination, amongst others, with the Würzburg Regional Court and an international law firm in Munich. From 2007 to 2008 he worked as a research fellow at the chair of Philosophy of Law, Constitutional und Administrative Law (Prof. Dr. Horst Dreier).
Volker Voth has been attorney since 2010 and has started working for HEISSNER & STRUCK in the same year.
Dr. Volker Voth advises enterprises and private individuals in all questions of individual and collective labor law.
Begining of 2011 Dr. Volker Voth finished his doctorate thesis on a constitutional issue supervised by Prof. Dr. Kämmerer (Bucerius Law School).
