Thomas Heissner
Thomas Heissner was born in Borna in 1946. He has been attorney at law since 1977 and is also Certified Trade- and Corporate Lawyer (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht).
Thomas Heissner passed his first state examination in law in 1973 after his studies at the Universities of Cologne and Hamburg. He did his legal in-service training preceding the second state examination, among others, with the professional school for administrative sciences in Speyer (1975/76). From 1977 to 1979 he worked as a research fellow at the Institute for Application of Data Processing and Computer Science to Law (Institut für Rechtsinformatik) at the University of Hanover. Thomas Heissner is a co-author of the book "Personalinformationssysteme in Großunternehmen" ("Personal information systems in large-scale enterprises", 1979). Together with Dr. Dieter Struck, he established HEISSNER & STRUCK in 1991.
Thomas Heissner's practice areas are commercial and corporate law, especially the establishment and reorganization of business enterprises as well as mergers and acquisitions.
