Philipp Herrmann has been attorney since 1997 and has been a partner at Heissner & Struck since 1999. Since 2005 he has been a Bar Certified Specialist Tax Lawyer. Philipp Herrmann practices in the areas of real estate law and tax law with a focus on legal counsel for large-scale projects in commercial and industrial plant construction as well as counsel for real-estate transactions. His in-depth knowledge of tax laws allows Philipp Herrmann to provide interdisciplinary counsel.
Education
Graduated from the University of Hamburg. Philipp Herrmann completed his doctorate at the University of Hamburg in 2000. His dissertation was supervised by Professor Hans-Joachim Koch, with a topic related to European law and national environmental law.
