Kristina Herbst was admitted to the bar (“Syndikusanwältin) in 2009. In addition to her current work for an international mineral oil company, she has, amongst others, previously worked for two international mineral oil companies, an international plant construction company and a well-known research center.

Kristina Herbst mainly advises companies on commercial, trade and distribution law, with a particular focus on petrol stations and lubricants. With fifteen years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Kristina Herbst has been working for Heissner & Struck as a freelancer since the beginning of 2023.

Education

Studies at the University of Hamburg and the Université de Paris I (Sorbonne) as well as internships in the U.S.A. She completed her legal traineeship, inter alia, at the Permanent Mission of Germany to UNESCO in Paris and at the Patent and Trademark Office in Munich. In 2021/2022, she trained as a certified mediator according to the MediationsG/ ZMediatAusbV.
