Kristina Herbst has been admitted to the German Bar as Corporate Lawyer (“Syndikusrechtsanwältin”) since 2009. In addition to her current work for a well-known scientific research center, she has previously worked for two international petroleum companies and an international plant construction company, among others.

Kristina Herbst advises companies mainly in business, commercial and distribution law, in particular with a focus on gas stations and lubricants. With fifteen years of experience as a corporate lawyer, Kristina Herbst joined the firm as a freelancer at the beginning of 2023.

Education

Studies at the University of Hamburg and the Université de Paris I (Sorbonne) as well as internships in the U.S.A. She completed her legal traineeship, inter alia, at the Permanent Mission of Germany to UNESCO in Paris and at the Patent and Trademark Office in Munich. In 2021/2022, she trained as a certified mediator according to the MediationsG/ ZMediatAusbV.
